1. Enterprise AI Solutions
Aina Technology Corporation provides custom Large Language Model (LLM) deployment, AI agent engineering, and enterprise RAG architecture services. Our services are strictly designed for B2B applications. The specific deliverables, SLAs, and technical implementations for our enterprise clients are governed by separate, mutually executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
2. Data Privacy & Proprietary Rights
For custom LLM deployments, we do not claim ownership of the training data, proprietary knowledge bases, or internal documents provided by the client. Any AI models fine-tuned solely on Client Data become the intellectual property of the Client as defined in the associated MSA. Aina AI retains all rights to its proprietary algorithms, frameworks, and foundational methodologies.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
- Develop AI systems designed to cause harm, disseminate disinformation, or violate human rights;
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of our AI architectures.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aina Technology Corporation LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (ii) any unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
